We offer a free initial 1-hour consultation to get to know you and understand your problem. We will provide guidance and opinion on the most appropriate steps and try to put your mind at peace.

Claims for wrongful or unfair dismissal (where the employee was given insufficient or no notice) have wide-ranging factors and can involve varying volumes of documentation and evidence that needs to be gathered or drafted. They can involve very intense communication with the opponent in an attempt to settle.
Lawyers like to use this phrase – “the cost estimate in this matter will depend on your opponent’s appetite for litigation”. This means that the length of time your case will take depends on your opponent’s goals, determination and financial recourses. Whilst it is common to negotiate a settlement within a few months to avoid the risks of the final hearing, we have assisted in Employment Tribunal proceedings that lasted over 12 months.
We understand that in the current climate you will be very concerned about the costs. We understand the pressure, anxiety, anger and fear of uncertainty. For this reason, we offer flexible options to help you tackle your employment issue head-on.
If you are a business, we can offer 90 days payment option. You can spread the cost of our invoices over three months. We are proudly partnered with IWOCA which means that you can pay later and work with us more!
For individuals and sole traders, we will endeavour to provide a fixed cost quote, which you will be able to pay monthly by a Standing Order or Credit Card. Such an arrangement can be as low as £150 per month, depending on your circumstances.
You may choose not to instruct us to handle your employment dispute throughout and instead ask us to prepare the documentation for you whilst you are representing yourself.
